bagel with creamcheese ??


I was told that I could give my son who now is 8 months old , a bagel with creamcheese for him to hold and chew for his teeth.
But isnt tha dangerous?
Please let me know ...Thank u..

oh my son has 1 tooth only so far....

  • I personally wouldn't ..I would be afraid he would choke on a peace he pulled off that was to big for him to swallow.

  • I wouldn't they're kinda though i think. If a piece broke off it could choke the baby, heck i still get choked on them!

  • Watch out for the dairy, and I would just buy some teething biscuits. Bagels probably don't disslove like they should...definately a choking hazzard.

  • I used to give my kids a frozen bagel ( without cream cheese). But it does thaw quickly, you have to really keep a very close eye on them. My kids loved it. I also gave them frozen banana's, but thats very :D

  • froze waffles are great for teething even has the little drool pockets but of course watch him closely
