  • I think anything fried is more unhealthy than having it prepared some other way, like steamed for example.

  • Its definitely more tasty, but also definitely not as healthy as eating vegetables in a cleaner state, such as raw or steamed. The human body is trained to desire the taste of fats and we choose fried over steamed, grilled or raw when we want to entertain or comfort ourselves. Looking for really good ways to flavor food with seasonings (but being careful of salt), and herbs makes food equally as enjoyable, along with being beneficial to one's health and longevity.

  • well, somethings you can fry with pam, but i don't think okra is one of those things (my mom usually used butter lol). so no, it's not really healthy.

  • Anything you fry is unhealthy not only is the oil bad but the batter is bad too. Just because you are eating veggies doesn't make them healthy you are adding so much fat and calories by frying them that you might as well not eat them at all.
