HUGE VEINS IN MY LEGS! How do I relieve them from swelling?

On my right leg my veins in my calfs that are swelling! They dont hurt but they look discusting! How do I relieve some of that so that they are not swelling so much? Is this normal during pregnancy?

  • sounds like varicose veins. they won't go away, you have to surgically remove them. it's normal in pregnancy. look into getting some compression hose

  • I bought compression hose to prevent them, but I think you have to talk to your doctor first. Also try not standing or sitting for long periods of time. When you do sit, elevate your legs to heart level to keep your blood circulating.
