My sister has given me a beautiful ?shrub? named Moonshadow Euonymus. The thing that has me confused and more than a bit curious I must add (lol) is the info tag that is on it: "Euonymus FortuneI 'Moonshadow' asexual reproduction prohibited"...............can anyone tell me why its prohibited?
