how in the world do you shed pounds after pregnancy and still take care of you new born child , without! a stroller!

  • tell me about it. i was eating egg whites for 6 weeks and i didnt loose one pound. so now im doing a juice cleanse. for the first two days i ate twice a day only fruit and then now i drink only juice. when i get so hungry i cant take it anymore, i eat some chicken egg whites or salad and then start back on the juice the next day. ive been doing this for 6 days. ive lost 11 pounds already.

  • Check freecycle, craigslist, and yard sales for a baby backpack or stroller.
    Start moving, like walking around the block or going up and down the stairs, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Prepare and eat healthy foods. What is healthy? We should all be drinking at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. We should be eating 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors. We should be eating 6 servings of whole grains a day and we should be eating 2 servings of legumes a day.
