What chemicals can hurt a baby or pregnant mother?

I work in a nutrition research lab and work with Chloroform, Methanol, Isooctane, and Sulfuric Acid. How and do these chemicals affect a mom or baby?

  • You need to talk to your doctor. some chemical are dangerous for your baby. on your first OB/GYN appointment you should tell the doctor all the things at your job that you are around!. Good Luck. Remember no question is stupid when it comes to your baby!

  • Your employer should have the answers to that question. The chemicals should have some type of material safety data sheet to explain the hazards.
