  • drinkg lots of water, walk often but not too much, Heat isnt very good for swelling either so avoid it if possible, prop pillows up and put your feet on them, ( i did like 7 pillows on-top of eachother) i also had my SO massage my feet ... and i still had swollen feet horribly. but it did make them feel better.

  • Drink lots of water. Elevate your legs. Limit your salt.

  • I used to cry my feet were so swollen and sore! Yes, prop them and drink water. I had a nice peppermint lotion DH would massage my feet with. Cool baths and a dip in the pool help as well. Good luck!

  • Soak ace bandages in hot water with peppermint oil. Then heat in the microwave to get as warm as you would like wrap the bandages from the toes to the knees and sit with you feet in the air. I do this and my feet stop hurting and it reduces some of the swelling. It also makes your legs tingle.
