Does Everyone PMS

I'm not sure I have ever had PMS?

  • No, not everyone does. My period being due didn't affect me the way it does now that I've had children. Pre-kids life was normal, rarely had cramps, never had intense cravings.

  • I do. Especially as I get older. I'll be thirty next year and I swear, it's not all it's cracked up to be. My breasts hurt, I get sensitive about stupid things, cry at stupid commercials, or get depressed or angry for no reason. I also get super thirsty and super tired the day before I start my period. If you haven't ever PMS'd consider yourself lucky. Most women would kill for that.
