  • I think it really just depends on the baby. My little boy was so hungry all the time that he took solid foods earlier and he was off formula by 9 months. He did fine with food and milk/juice and water at 9 months, but I'm sure some kids probably wouldn't. Talk to the kiddos dr. and trust your own instincts on the matter. Maybe just start him slow. If you formula feed maybe mix a little in gradually with the bottle and if you breast feed maybe start just adding a milk bottle little at a time?

  • I gave it to my 3 ./2 year old around 11 months but the drs. Say not until 1 year old.

  • my girls couldn't handle it well until about 18 months.

    but up here we can try it around 9 months, but cut with formula.
