Is it ok for a 10 month old to eat the graduate meals?

The ones that look like TV dinners, with a veggie side and a main dish like ravioli. He chews good, that's not the question. I'm talking about the nutrition. Is it not enough or too much of something, or good and ok to feed him.

  • Absolutely (although I am no expert). My kids were all eating our meals around that age. I never used the graduates - just chopped or mashed what we ate for dinner. Funny thing-we eat healthier now since I want to make sure the kids have plenty of fruits and veggies!
