beach trip woes

i would like to lose at least 15 lbs by august 7th if possible.. i love to work out i would love some workout suggestions and food combination suggestions. i am willing to train like an athlete ... i have a beach trip planned with a very snarky stepmom and would just love to show off a post baby bod by then. HELP! :)

  • I was actually very successful at crash dieting back in the day. lol. You can do this but information tells us now that it is really not safe to loose that much weight in that amount of time. But here goes...for the next 3 weeks completely cut out all bread, grains, flour, bananas, potatoes, sugar, fruit, red meat and cut back a lot of salt. You are basically going to eat fish, chicken and veggies. Snack only on raw vegetables. Drink ONLY water and green tea. Do at least 45 min of cardio daily. Get at least 7 hrs of sleep every night. And take a multi-vitamin daily. You should be successful.
