  • Oh.. I don't even remember, very well, anyway.
    My son ate whatever... he had chicken noodle soup, mashed potatoes, roast beef deli meats, ham, turkey... he was a piggie and still is!
    He ate when we ate, and a couple hours in between. I'd say small portions every 2-3 hours.
    So, if it was mac and cheese, probably a good 1/2 cup. Sometimes a cup.

  • Rice cereal, bananas, and apple sauce in the morning, gerber finger foods for snack/lunch lil crunches their whole grain and have flavors like zesty tomato and veggie dip. Gerber puffs-sweet potatoes. Gerber yougurt melts. She still drinks her . She has sweet potatoe solids and and peas and green beans for dinner formula as well.

  • At 7 months, my baby was mostly just nursing. He got a few bites of baby food once in a while, like maybe once a week or so.

  • Breakfast: rice cereal mixed with fruit baby food and a six oz bottle
    Lunch: a mashed Gerber meat stick mixed with a veggie or a baby food "dinner" and a bottle
    Dinner: A baby food "dinner" or some veggies and fruit and a bottle
    Snacks: Yo'baby yogurt, Gerber puffs or Lil' Crunchies, or frozen fruit in her mesh feeder bag
    Bedtime: a 6 oz cereal bottle
