No, I don't think she has bipartisan appeal.  Her views on social issues are too conservative for many Republicans I know, much less any Democrats.

  • From what I've read lately, she seems to cause some bi-partisan revulsion, too.

  • Well bless your heart, another Palin hater comes out from under her refrigerator. Bravo, feminists. You just set us back about 30 years or so. Is it common practice to cut off your nose to spite your face, or was it peer pressure from all of your Palin Hating friends that did it before you?

  • Palin is not ultra-conservative. Look up the things what she did in Alaska. She is ultra-liberal.

  • I think she should go independent. She will be able to be politically republican and democrat. Then she can do the work she wants.

I still have not figured out what it is about her that brings out so much animosity for her in people, especially women.

  • forever--
she's a threat to feminists and liberal women everywhere! According to fems/libs, she is a "sell out" because she does have it all--handsome, rugged husband, gorgeous children, a kick ass career/future, and she is beautiful and intelligent herself! It goes against the "man-hating feminist movement."

If she wasn't a threat she'd nary be given a mention. The fact that she is constantly being talked about by people who despise her, means she got under their skin--which I find hilarious! lol

  • Palin's ignorant statements are what was setting women back Anon @ 9:13AM.

Perhaps if she spoke as if she had half a brain in that pretty little head of hers; she might have had a shot (scary). Are you suggesting that women should have voted for her just because she has breasts?

It took her four colleges just to obtain a bachelors degree in Journalisim; for pete's sake. Most (not all) other candidates have degrees in law or business or international relations. Not Palin; nope she got herself a degree in Journalisim; and then couldn't even tell Katie Couric where she gets her news from; could not name one paper that she reads regularly. Yep she's a real winner...very qualified to be POTUS. *eyeroll*
