do u know any sites online u can watch exercising videos for free w/o downloading them?

i dont get too exercise outside home i am sahm so i need something i can do at home

  • If you have comcast you can watch free exercize videos on your tv, that's what I do.

  • I tried sparkpeople.com but it just shows you moves there were no videos of people actually doing the workout unless I wasn't finding it, where are the videos at?

    This website is for the "Exercise on Demand" channel that many digital cable providers like Time Warner has.....there are many exercises that you can do free online, including tae bo, yoga, walk away the pounds, etc. etc. And check to see if you have that channel, there are dozens free anytime, anyday!

  • Fitness Magazine has lots of great workout videos on their website which you can watch for free. They have a whole collection of videos that feature all different types of workouts, depending on what you're looking for. I really enjoy their yoga videos!
