At what age did your baby see his/her

reflection in the mirror?

Have you seen the movie The Unborn, it has a part in it that says a baby should not see it's reflection until it's around a year old?

  • Both my kids saw their reflections at the newborn stage, they both had toy mirrors and stuff. My 3 year old recognized herself at about 14-18 months. Probably earlier, but that was the earliest I knew for sure she understood. I am not sure if my younger child, who is 15 months, understands yet.
