at what age did your LO switch to one nap a day?

  • Gianna was about 10 months old. She'll take a long nap though...about 3 hours in the middle of the day. Whew.

  • I don't know what "LO" is, but my children went to one nap at about a year.

  • 18 mos for my first child & 17 mos. for my second. They just refused to take that second nap anymore.

  • Kass is in the process of switching to one nap right now. She's almost a year. She's doing pretty good with a nap around 10 or 11am, 2 to 3 hours. I pretty much follow her lead and she just stopped acting tired for her early nap.

  • im pretty sure my daughter was between 10 and 11 months. she just stopped acting tired around the time she would take her second nap and eventually her first nap got later and later. now its at 12:30 and she sleeps for about two hours.

  • I don't remember for sure...somewhere around his 1st bday? He's 20 months old now and he takes one nap at about 2 everyday...and sometimes not even that one!
