  • Just freeze the jug of cow milk like anything else but when you thaw it just leave it in your fridge till its complete thawed out or it is like soda the water content will be frozen still and the fat is all youll be drinking. Shake it so it gets all mixed back together cause like i said the water will thaw slower than the rest of it.

  • Cow milk or breast milk? Breast milk you need to have freezer bags to store them in and you should write the dates on them. Cow milk you just put the jug in the freezer and take it out whenever you want it.

  • they sell bags that you can pour your milk into and seal. They are made just for that. Just be sure to leave a good amount of space cause milk will expand when frozen. when you thaw it make sure to shake it really good cause the fat will separate . good luck.

  • If you get the medella can pump directly into the bags, seal and put in the freezer. I believe the general consensus is breast milk is good for 2-3 mo. in a regular freezer and 6 mo - year in a deep freezer. You can keep breast milk in the refrigerator for 72 hours safely. When you warm it, just put it in a bowl of warm water.
