What is a good healthy dip?

My toddler has just discovered the joy of dipping. So I am looking for a good healthy dip that I can either make or buy?

  • I have 13 year old who still loves to dip.
For fruit, plain yogurt mixed with honey and orange juice
For veggies: hummus (this is my favorite: http://www.dedemed.com/index.php/Vegetarian-Recipes/Hummus.html, though I add a pinch of cumin), salsa with a dab of plain yogurt, salad dressing, peanut sauce, marinara

  • I make a combined avocado/garbanzo bean dip - creamier than hummus, but more fibre than just guacamole. Super yummy and you control the flavor - I like mine with lots of fresh garlic cloves.
