Except for the fact that I have PCOS, I have a very high level of prolactin. Ladies, pls help!!!

Has anyone been in the same position. I was taking bromocriptine between January and April and the level of prolactin was reduced, but taking that medicine was a real nightmare. How can I reduce the level of prolactine with an alternative medicine. Any input is most appreciated.
