Looking for smoothie recipes

My son has some sores on his tongue right now from hand foot and mouth disease. He won't eat anything, even yogurt, but he will drink. Right now I'm blending yogurt, banana, and frozen berries for smoothies. He won't eat raspberries or peanut butter. Any other smoothie recipes out there I could use?

  • throw some kale in the smoothie; it is loaded with iron and calcium

    Breakfast smoothie:
    1 banana (sliced then frozen)
    2 dates (remove seed)
1/4 tsp brown rice syrup or maple syrup or agave
1 Tbsp silken tofu (gives it a creamy texture and adds a little more protein)
    1 Tbsp almond butter
    1 Tbsp flax seed meal
2 Tbsp of organic baby oatmeal flakes (blends well without cooking and gives you some complex carb) you can also grind oatmeal in a spice or coffee grinder or blender
2 cups plant or animal milk
place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
