  • sorry I cant, but I am working right this second on homemade baby food for my 3 month old to freeze. So far, its been really easy, fun and not at all time consuming. aand the advice I have gotten is, whatever we are eating, grind it up for baby. Like if I am having turkey potatoes and carrots, throw leftovers in blender for baby(age appropriate of course). let me know if you could use some help. good luck :o)

  • Yes!! Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron. I buy it for all new parents.
It is the best book on feeding babies, toddlers and their families; it has lots of nutritional info, in addition to really great recipes
