cakes in a jar

okay i was wondering if i was wondering if i were to make cakes in a jar and sell them ....would you buy them ( i am not asking you to buy i am asking to see so i know if i should start this business or not like a survery or something to see if it is worth starting).

  • Like real food? or decoration?
    Because if it would be real cakes, then that has to be one big Or are they mini cakes? hmmm im not sure, i guess either way it would depend on the price.

  • At a crafts show, perhaps. Especially if you had samples. and nicely decorated jars. Give thought to liability. You'd have to clearly state ingredients so allergic people wouldn't be affected. Also check on legal matters- health codes and so forth.

  • You will need to use a commercial kitchen or have your home kitchen certified; you will also need a sanitation license and a business license.
    It sounds like a unique product.
