does anyone have a good recipe for buffalo/chicken wings?

  • You really can't go wrong with the recipe on the back of Franks Red Hot sauce. !/2 cup Franks-1/3 cup butter-mix toss over baked wings (2.5 pds) and stir. the key is to use fresh chicken wings-huge taste difference

  • We like two kinds we get at the bar down the street that I've figured out how to make at home -
    The first is sweet garlic BBQ - mix a jar of BBQ sauce, half a jar of minced garlic, and about 2 T brown sugar. When the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over them and mix. You can add hot sauce to the BBQ if you want them spicy.

    Also they have dry garlic parmesan - dry garlic powder and parmesan cheese mixed together. Pour melted butter of the cooked wings, and toss w/ the cheese mix.

    great, now I want wings for breakfast lol!
