What can I take for my Headache??

I am about 2 months pregnant and am discovering that headaches are one of my "side effects". What (if anything) can I take that is considered safe? Thank you.

  • yet again tylenol lol.... its the only safe thing. aspirin thins your blood so they dont want you to take it when you're pregnant due to the risk of bleeding if you have some sort of accident like a fall or in a car. excedrin, my headache med of choice, is a no no due to the fact that it has both aspirin AND caffeine, both bad in pregnancy. ibuprofin i'm not so sure why they say no but i know its also not advized. good luck with the headaches. if it's any consolation i got them alot when i was pregnant too at first but that particular side effect quit flaring up so bad the further along i got, hope you have the same luck!
