yes. all dairy is safe even if it's unpasteurized...yes, ob's recommend only pasteurized dairy and only certain cheeses, but women in Europe(where they do not have pasteurization) eat all those things and produce healthy children every day, so go ahead, enjoy your yogurt!

Just make sure that you are eating real yogurt, with live cultures and without gelatin or high fructose corn syrup (otherwise you are eating pudding)
