Anyone else 'reverse engineered" a resturant dish?

I've figured out Olive Gardens toasted ravioli, stuffed mushrooms, blooming onions, and a couple others that I can't remember because DH is watching some stupid comedy on the other computer and the frigging thing is turned all the way up. Anyone else have any good rip-off recipes?

  • There was a pasta dish at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza in San Diego that I love, but now I live on the east coast. I kind of just whipped together what I thought was in it and it turned out pretty good.
