Changes in my cycle...

The last several months my cycle has been much lighter and shorter than the in the past, could this be a problem? We are trying to get preggo and I wasn't sure if this could mean something. (I am still ovualting every month though).

  • You could be going through a low estrogen period. Your levels need to increase appropriately for your lining to build up to a level that can sustain an embryo that is trying to implant. If your uterine lining is thin, there isn't as much to shed at period time. You may wish to visit your gyn or a reproductive endocrinologist to have baseline bloodwork drawn. They can test E2 (estrodiol) levels during your cycle.
