What would you do with a 5 lb Ham? I need ideas

It's one of those precooked, water added types I think it is also called a "picnic ham"

  • Cut it up , divide it, put in frezzer bags, and save when needed. What I would do with it is have about 4-5 meals out of it. Beans, rice, and ham, scalloped potatoes, ham, broccoli, and cheese casserole, sandwiches..etc. Need recipes ...e-mail me.

  • We use ham on homemade french bread pizzas, in bean soup served with cornbread, in an egg scramble for breakfast, thin sliced for sandwiches, on crackers with cheese. if you want recipes for the french bread pizzas, bean soup or egg scramble PM me.
