Has thoughts of change come to mind?

I don't know if this question has been asked, yet I do know that I have asked one regarding converting or helping someone on CM convert...

There are many, many, MANY! different faiths and many with non at all... (or religious type faiths, don't want to offend anyone here... :)

Now since being here in CM and here on the R&B threads reading and even posting your own answers has any of it made you think of ...

Changing from your current beliefs to another?
Maybe wanting to question your own beliefs a little?
How about reinforcing your beliefs?
Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest
or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others?

I ask bc I have seen some say they have changed whiled here and some that have become more meaner or some that actually have walked completely away from religion all together...

Your thoughts
and be kind to

  • As for myself I have found myself thinking a lot more. More towards Deistism (sp) than being a Wiccan, but will always practice my Witchcraft, that in itself has been a part of me as far back as I can remember...

  • Changing from your current beliefs to another? NO!

Maybe wanting to question your own beliefs a little?  NO!

How about reinforcing your beliefs?  YES.  I have learned that I NEED to be more pushy about my beliefs or lack of, or I might become a doormat to those who already are pushy about theirs.  I've lost my "live and let live" attitude.

Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others?  Yes.  I find I am interested in finding out more about satanism.  The negative reaction to paganism has moved me to action on occasion.

  • Changing from your current beliefs to another? No if my own faith was that weak I'd be studying it to find out why I believed

Maybe wanting to question your own beliefs a little? not my beliefs but how I present them,  am I clear, correct and loving.

How about reinforcing your beliefs? yes, yes, because I couldn't always quote the scripture and I didn't just want to give personal opinion, I have had dig back into my Bible.

Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others? I'm a born again Christian so this doesn't really apply.

How about reinforcing your beliefs? Yes, I always want to go farther and deeper in Him.

Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others? Doesn't apply since I am secure in my belief in Jesus Christ and secure in knowing who I am in Him.

  • Changing from your current beliefs to another? Well, I have found a better name for what I believe, but it didn't really "change" my beliefs any.
Maybe wanting to question your own beliefs a little? Of course. I am a logical and analytical person, so i am always questionsing things.
How about reinforcing your beliefs? Somewhat. I didn't realize how "set' so many people where in their beliefs until I wander onto this forum. lol
Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest
or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others? Not for me personally, but I have seen some people change thier ideas after reading some things, but I'm not going to call anyone out. lol

Changing from your current beliefs to another? No, nothing has led me to consider switching religious orientation.

Maybe wanting to question your own beliefs a little? I am always questioning my beliefs, some questions here have given me new aspects to consider.

How about reinforcing your beliefs? Talking about my beliefs helps me gain a better, sometimes deeper, understanding of them.

Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others? N/A

  • Changing from your current beliefs to another? No

Maybe wanting to question your own beliefs a little? I'm always questioning my beliefs and what they mean to me.

How about reinforcing your beliefs? Always. The more I question the more I understand, the stronger my own beliefs become

Or how if you never were really religious and something peeked your interest or possibly instilled other feelings in you after reading about others? Not really. I will say when I first joined this site I was more "militant" in my beliefs. OR rather if one insulted my beliefs I was quick to return the favor. Now I simply try to help them understand what I am saying a bit better and do not lash out Nearly as much as I did. I still have my moments though!

  • I don't think CM has really altered my own beliefs.

I think how this section has affected me the most is to realize that I have at least one thing in common with just about every belief system out there...that's pretty neat.

  • How about reinforcing your beliefs? Most certainly

It has challenged me to dig deeper in the word and exercise my biblical knowlede spiritually and historically.
