  • More than likely anything Spiderman, or superheros in general. Or even a big push around truck

  • Poor kids!!! .. playdoh isn't messy (unless it gets wet..). Throw a paper plate down, give them a tub of playdoh and let them have fun. They're kids for crying out loud. Do you not let your kids paint? Or do crafts? or anything along that nature.. I mean , it's all messy afterall. Alot messier than playdoh.

  • Um no, I agree Playdoh is aweful...gets in the carpet, YUCK and NO I don't let mine paint either....I would have it everywhere...he can color with color wonder and that is about it!

Otherwise, maybe sidewalk chalk and bubbles or just about any book about trucks or cars...three year olds are pretty easy. I would stay away from things that are small or have a lot of parts, moving or removable parts can sometimes be a choking hazard (my son would put EVERYTHING in his mouth when he was three).

  • For a child that you never met, I would get a car or a truck, a small car or truck that they can carry around.

  • At three my son was really into trains. Thomas and friends are fun and popular, but I personally liked the Geotrac trains. They were more kid friendly to put together and the ones with a remote control was so easy for him to do. Those are good for a few reasons,
1 you can always add more to a small collection ( just incase he already has this toy) or
2 if he loves it they can always add more to it later.

For some reason kiddos Love bath toys too. Make a bucket full of stuff like bubble bath, squirting toys, crayola has bath crayons, foam letters, Diego has a rescue sub for the bath.

P.S I let my kids play with playdough, kids are messy with anything. Would you stop feeding them just because they ate messy too?!
