my husband came home with 2 5 gallon buckets of marionberries from his friends farm and tells me honey can you make me jam... I have no clue how to make jam and am not having any luck finding recipes on the internet... anybody know how to make jam?
It depends on if you are literally talking Jam or if you mean jelly or preserves. All three amke a spread but are different processes. Jelly is more time consuming. You will need a large pot, sterilized canning jars with rings and lids, sugar or a sugar substitute and pectin.
