my husband came home with 2 5 gallon buckets of marionberries from his friends farm and tells me honey can you make me jam... I have no clue how to make jam and am not having any luck finding recipes on the internet... anybody know how to make jam?

  • It depends on if you are literally talking Jam or if you mean jelly or preserves. All three amke a spread but are different processes. Jelly is more time consuming. You will need a large pot, sterilized canning jars with rings and lids, sugar or a sugar substitute and pectin.
