When you go to fairs, do you let your children eat "fair food"

I LOVE fair food- But I no my body is used to nasty little bugs and whatnot- I'm not sure if I want to expose my child to that food just yet, should I pack his lunch?

  • Of course! Whats a fair if you don't all eat the food! I just wouldn't over do it. Plus, how do you think your body got used to all the little bugs? It was exposed to them! That's the only way to do it!

  • I would bring his lunch. Fair food is expensive as hell! Maybe just let him have some cotton candy or an elephant ear after?

  • Depends on the age of the child. But then again I just took my 2 year old nephew to the fair a few weeks ago and we ate like a bunch of hungry starving people!

  • Fair food is required to pass health regulations, same as any restaurant. Part of the fun of the fair is munching on the food.
