The only one that has worked for me is the South Beach plan. I'm over 40, have little to no time to exercise like I should, and I'm diabetic so watching my weight is a must. I started the South Beach plan and 10 days later was laid up after being thrown from my horse. I STILL lost weight during that time of being on almost complete bedrest. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks and my blood sugars are very manageable now, even with STILL little to no time to exercise.
