If a nursing mother had her nipples pierced would the milk come out of all three holes?

  • I don't think so. My sister had her nipples pierced and she said she thought it might, but never did. I think it comes out of a different part anyhow. The nipple is connected to milk glad. Where as the piercing hole isn't. My son bit my nipple once making a hole on the side of my nipple like the hole a pierced nipple has and it didn't leak milk at all. Dose this make sense? I'm tired but I'm trying my best to explain it lol.

  • I wouldn't think so. Milk doesn't come out of just one hole in the nipple. There are lots of 'holes' that the milk comes through. My guess is a piercing would heal over and there would be nowhere for the milk to come out.
