Whats the most healthy leaf for making salad?

Growing up we ate Iceberg letter. Now Ive switched to spinach...
But what is the most healthy leaf out there for salads?
What do you like to use?

  • I've always heard that spinach is the healthiest, only because it has so many good nutrients in it.

  • I don't know what the healthiest is.... I know iceburg doesn't have much to offer in the way of nutrition. Romaine lettuce is good, spinach is healthy. I think any dark green leaf is on the healthier end of things.

  • I think it's spinach. I know the greener the leaf, the healthier it is.
