  • There are some terrific yogurt variations. I sometimes put out two. One I always use is a poppyseed dressing. It is prebottled in the store. It is awesome on fruit.

  • plain Greek yogurt with honey and orange juice or maple syrup

    Strawberry dip:
    8 oz. part-skim ricotta cheese
1 (16-oz.) package frozen strawberries, sweetened
    2 Tbsp. plain non-fat yogurt
    1/4 tsp. dried, ground ginger
    8 strawberries, halved
throw in the blender; refrigerate for at least 2 hours

    Sweet Pumpkin Dip or Spread
1, 15 ounce can plain pumpkin, NOT pumpkin pie filling
2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger (the original recipe said 10 teaspoons ground
ginger, I think that had to be a typo!) Beat pumpkin, cream cheese together till smooth. Add confectioner's sugar, cinnamon and ginger, stir together. Chill
