did u knw that for every gram of fiber u add to your diet it subtract.. 7 calorie from your metabolism.. so just add 20 grams and thats 140 calorie.. short power walk...i eat alot and i mean alot.. and im 115 pds foot five.. and its bc i eat a TON of fiber// does anyone else use fiber to help maintain good shape?

  • Yes! We eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains (like brown rice, quinoa, whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta) and legumes (like beans, lentils, tofu, nutbutters).

  • double fiber bread; double fiber english muffins... whole grain rice... whole grain pasta.. some ice creams will have fiber.... activa light has a ton of fiber... of course fruits and veggies.. ceral has fiber.. all the south beach stuff has fiber
