Cube chicken into bite sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add chicken
Sautee until almost done.
Add a 1/2 cup thawed frozen corn
Add a 1/2 cup canned black beans
Add a 1/2 cup your choice salsa.
Let corn, beans, salsa simmer as chicken finishes cooking through.
Mix salad with a touch of Italian dressing just enough to moisten the leaves.
Add thoroughly cooked chicken, corn, beans, and remaining salsa.
