i dont know who else to talk to about this....TMI but i need help

is it normal to have a white, creamy discharge in my panties?

  • I recently found out that this could mean that you are ovulating actually. It happens and it's normal.

  • I have it all the time and rarely ovulate (fertility problem).

  • It could just be your natural mucous. It generally changes thickness as you move through your hormonal cycle. If it smells or itches then talk to a doctor because it could be a yeast infection or a sign of something else. If it doesn't have a foul smell and there is not itching or burning it should be pretty normal.

  • Yes it's normal. Unless it has a foul smell or is itchy. Then it could be an infection and you should see your doctor.
