  • I thought it was within the 14 days after your period but I just got a paper from the doctor yesterday that said 14 days before so i don't know for sure. I am confused myself.

  • You ovulate mid-cycle which is half way between day 1 of your period and day 1 of your next period.

  • When I had one ovarian cyst I ovulated for weeks literally it was hell. Then I also had my period for weeks too like two weeks straight of my period then a couple weeks straight ovulating clear sticky. Finally my cyst ruptured and eventually after being hospitalized for half a week I was back to my normal.

  • no no lluvmygirlies42 your doctor's talking about what doctors call typtical normal ovulation. I wonder if homealone_10 means two weeks approximately normal before period and then therefore two weeks approximately normal two weeks after period? So if normal women ovulate two weeks after a period since a period generally comes once in four weeks then normal women ovulate also two weeks before a period.
