Dose anyone know any good exercises that i can do?

i have lost almost 30 pounds already to some time to do it!!! But i need some new things to do. i have a bad back so my weight limit is 5lbs. If you know anything that could help please let me know. THANKS

  • I like pilates and yoga. You can do what is comfortable for you, so don't be intimidated by the super flexible stuff.

  • Yea i do cardio. I do a 3 mile walk at home walk 3 times a week and with weights. also i have a list of exercises i do for all muscles but i try not to mess with my lower back. i have a bad disc my l5-s1. thanks
