i have lost almost 30 pounds already to some time to do it!!! But i need some new things to do. i have a bad back so my weight limit is 5lbs. If you know anything that could help please let me know. THANKS

I like pilates and yoga. You can do what is comfortable for you, so don't be intimidated by the super flexible stuff.
