Low-fat, low-sodium no dairy diet

Ok so my dr put me on a low-fat, low-sodium no dairy diet. Anyone got any great recipes lol?

  • Um... no. Sorry. I guess you could have cereal for breakfast (soy milk? or dry?) Tuna or turkey for lunch. Lots of veggies (can you at least have ranch? LOL). Out of ideas. We can't have HFCS here, but I kind of like my salt, dairy, and fat. LOL I don't know what I would do it we had to take those out too. Ahhh!!!

  • make a good vegetable soup! (You can use chicken too if you need some meat.)
    how much sodium are you allowed? 100% of the daily allowance or less?
