can u sweat out a fever/ and raise the blood white blood cell count and break infection.. or not really?

  • No! You may actually raise the fever. Drink lots of cool liquids, take a tepid shower. sleep.

  • Actually, I don't think you can. A fever is the body's way of getting rid of an infection and needs to work it's way out of the body. Stay hydrated, take lukewarm baths, showers, take Advil or Tylenol to keep the fever down.
