Low carb shakes......

I love drinking shakes for breakfast but not sure what to use for low carbs. Any suggestions?

  • Jay Rob ones only have one carb per serving and they are sweetened with stevia.

  • A lot of the carbs in shakes come from the milk/dairy used in it and the sugar added to it. For a low carb shake you can use plain whey powder, add vanilla (or other flavoring, like raspberry or butter rum) extract, stevia for sweetening, and blend away! We've also added a couple of Tablespoons of peanut butter or some baking cocoa for different flavors.

  • They have a site for low carb shakes it is I know you may not want to bulk up but the low carb shakes are very good!
