  • Exactly, not even ONE. They contain caffeine, a ton of sugar, and God only knows what else. Stay AWAY from them.

  • None that I know of. Most of them have pretty high amounts of caffeine, but some have things like ginseng in them and that's dangerous darning pregnancy. Having no energy is something that just comes with the territory, and energy drinks wont fix it.

  • Its not to give me more energy, Ive been craving Monster!!!

  • They are not good for you when you're not pregnant, much less when you are pregnant. Don't do it, no matter how bad the craving is. If it's really that bad, talk to your ob, get his/her opinion, see if he/she would allow maybe 1/2 a drink to satisfy the craving. But you'd feel like shit afterwards, I'm guessing!

  • Talk to your OB. Mine said that in moderation it would be fine as long as it didn't have herbal additives, or other iffy ingredients. If you compare the caffeine of a regular energy drink & the sugar in a regular energy drink to that of most peoples daily coffee & candy/sweets intake...there is no real difference...its the OTHER additives that would cause concern. Best thing to do is just ask the doctor.
