Is it normal to feel the baby move for a few days at first and then go back to feeling nothing?

Im only 18 weeks, but i started to feel the baby move last week. I could feel the little kicks for about 5 days, but then for the last 2 days i havent been able to feel anything? Is that normal? or should i be concerned?

  • Yes that is normal. Drink a big glass of OJ and lay down and 8 times out of 10 he/she will move around for you. 18 weeks the moving (that you can feel) is just beginning so don't worry.

  • you wont always feel the movement at this stage because the baby is still small drinking OJ will probably just give you heartburn just eat a cookie and relax the sugar is what makes the baby move just try and lay back and wait you will feel it...and once you really start feeling it IT NEVER STOPS! lol gl
