Does PA pay for birth control pills?

I ask because I receive prescription PA coverage only but don't know if it's one of the medications I can get.

  • Yes, as long as the pill brand is on their prefererd list. I had to change pills because the one the doc prescribed wasn't on the list. Glad I switched to Yaz, sometimes insurance does know what they are doing. LOL!!!

  • Tell your doctor you are on PA and they will be able to prescribe you a pill that is covered.
