Chicken wing flavors?

What are some good flavors I can make at home? I'm tired of the same old bbq, buffalo and honey mustard.

  • Garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fish sauce is one version we love. A friend of mine made Raspberries and lemon wings awhile back; they were weird, but good.

  • Ok, do this, its AWESOME...

Brown wings in butter, add a couple of handfuls of brown sugar, 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 4 Tbsp water and sprinkle with garlic powder (just eyeball it). Cook covered for 30 mins on med to med-low. Remove cover and turn the heat to med-hi to hi for about 10 mins. Let sit for a bit, the sauce becomes thick and sticky and fabulous. Meat falls off the bone. Have a wet nap handy =)

Its my mom's recipe and she called them Chinese chicken wings, but I think they're better called scrumptious sticky wings.
