  • Poop before hand and clean yourself really well.
If you're really paranoid you can use an enema.

  • you can do the enema, or take a laxative the night before... shower, clean yourself really well! drink, lube... I did the laxative the night before and it didnt hurt, depth-wise.. but size wise it hurt a lot!.. so work your way up- a finger, then a few fingers. if you want, you could invest in an anal toy. either way, use LOTS AND LOTS of lube... if you think its enough, use more! and take your time. be slow. the female needs to be in control, the best position for that would be reverse cowgirl. with doggy, the guy can go too deep.

  • This may sound gross, but when he's pushing it in, push like you are pooping and it helps to make you relax and not tense up. When you tense up, it hurts more.

  • Take an enema and clean it out then have him massage the opening first to loosen up the sphincters so it won't hurt so bad. use Astroglide or anal eze. It won't be so bad. But wear a pad afterward for a few hours at least in case of accidents!
