  • Because we come from perfection....heaven and God...on Earth we become sinners, to reach heaven again we must be perfect...which is impossible in our sinful bodies....this is why we need a perfect sacrifice to God....who is Jesus...he paid for our ticket to Heaven....if we only believe in him.

  • Cause Eve ate that dad-gum apple. ;-) Seriously though, free-will is ours to exercise and because of it (and our choices) we choose different paths that lead to different places. Just because we started at the same point (our souls) does not automatically dictate that we will follow the same path or end up in the same place.

  • This is a strange question. My brothers and sister and I all came from the same place (our parents) same house, same rules etc. but we are in VERY different places in our lives right now because of the choices we made and the influences from outside sources we had as children. Free will, plain and simple. We are not all the same, we are not perfect. We have a choice though on where we go and it's up to the individual to decide which path they are going to take.

  • I John 1:7-10
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we haven’t sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
